Josh grew up in Abbotsford with a love of activity, the outdoors, and anything that could be made competitive. Despite gaining some knowledge and wisdom with age, a little childlike enthusiasm can be seen in Josh when engaging in sport.

Josh graduated with a Kinesiology degree from the University of the Fraser Valley, and completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2019 at Queen’s University. Since moving back to BC, he has been working at an interdisciplinary WSBC post-concussion program for injured workers. He has experience working with concussion, headache management, musculoskeletal injury, neck pain, sleep hygiene, and vestibular disorders. To facilitate this work, Josh has pursued further education pertaining to concussion, chronic pain, vestibular rehabilitation, and active rehabilitation. He has also completed courses in trigger point dry needling. Josh is an advocate for active rehabilitation, and is motivated to empower individuals to take control of their recovery from injury with the proper education and guidance.

Outside the clinic, Josh can be found on the diamond, field, court, trail, or couch, spending time with his family. It is part of Josh’s enduring goal to cultivate a love of movement in his family and friends.

Cheyenne completed the RMT program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her love for all types of sports as well as learning about how the body functions and heals has helped her find a specialized approach that utilizes both hands on treatment and a more active aspect that helps promote the positive effects of massage therapy.

Cheyenne has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of cases such as those with neurological conditions at GF strong and varsity athletes at UBC. Before working at our clinic, Cheyenne was in Whistler where she worked with a variety of athletes and broad spectrum of individuals at the Scandinave spa. With this experience as well as having played high level soccer since a very young age, Cheyenne has not only worked with injuries, but also had to deal with the rehabilitation of her own. This has given her a deeper understanding of how important the treatment of an injury is and helped her recognize the need for an individualized treatment approach to each of her patients.

With the utilization of myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and specialized homecare prescriptions, Cheyenne works with the patient to ensure their goals are met and the restoration of your active daily living are as optimal and pain free as possible.

In her spare time, you can find Cheyenne weight training, playing soccer, hiking, and doing many other seasonal activities that promote a healthy and active lifestyle. This further grows her passion of the human body and how muscles, bones, and joints move and interact through different ways of life.

Emily graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster in 2015. Through a program in high school, they worked with a multidisciplinary clinic exposing them to a variety of physical health care disciplines. This was when they decided Massage Therapy would be the avenue they wanted to follow. Working at the clinic gave Emily an appreciation of the aches and pains felt while working a desk job and found out how much massage can help with the associated symptoms.

Emily has taken a variety of continuing education over the last few years primarily focusing around perinatal and pediatric health, specifically infant and pediatric, pre/post natal, caesarian scar treatments, as well as learning about benefits of pelvis floor physio referrals. Emily has gained a great appreciation for working in the field of pregnancy, gaining the most experience through clinical outreach at BC Women’s Hospital.

One of the most important things to Emily is being an open and safe practitioner supporting our LGBTQIA2S+ community, caring for all genders, expressions, and sexualities. Having personal experience in the community and educated in the physical changes in the body when transitioning or taking external hormones.

Emily focuses on using a holistic approach to treatment. They use Swedish massage, fascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and mild joint play to bring people back to a point of optimal function and return individuals to their favourite activities which have been affected due to pain, tightness or restrictions.

Currently Emily is working on their education to become a doula.
