From a young age, Paul always been involved with sports and exercise. This eventually lead to his love for bodybuilding. However, a devastating injury in the gym redirected his focus on healing and therapy rather than strength and muscle gain. Seeking therapy allowed him to understand what was going on with his body, which was empowering as it allowed him to be proactive in his recovery. This lead to a new passion for becoming a therapist himself. As a RMT, Paul empathizes that physical restrictions and pain can be frustrating and confusing, and wants to empower other people in the same way so they can continue doing the things they love. Paul looks forward to incorporating his expertise and experience to help you achieve your goals so you can continue doing what you love, pain-free!

Cheyenne completed the RMT program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her love for all types of sports as well as learning about how the body functions and heals has helped her find a specialized approach that utilizes both hands on treatment and a more active aspect that helps promote the positive effects of massage therapy.
Cheyenne has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of cases such as those with neurological conditions at GF strong and varsity athletes at UBC. Before working at our clinic, Cheyenne was in Whistler where she worked with a variety of athletes and broad spectrum of individuals at the Scandinave spa. With this experience as well as having played high level soccer since a very young age, Cheyenne has not only worked with injuries, but also had to deal with the rehabilitation of her own. This has given her a deeper understanding of how important the treatment of an injury is and helped her recognize the need for an individualized treatment approach to each of her patients.
With the utilization of myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and specialized homecare prescriptions, Cheyenne works with the patient to ensure their goals are met and the restoration of your active daily living are as optimal and pain free as possible.
In her spare time, you can find Cheyenne weight training, playing soccer, hiking, and doing many other seasonal activities that promote a healthy and active lifestyle. This further grows her passion of the human body and how muscles, bones, and joints move and interact through different ways of life.
